A Ferrari 599 is turning heads in London for a one-of-a-kind reason: it wears a coat of smooth black velvet.

Londoners believe that the finely-dress supercar was brought to the United Kingdom as part of the “Ramadan Rush,” the exodus of wealthy Muslims from the Holy Lands just before the start of the fasting month, Ramadan. Many who are fleeing the heat and the pious lack of food and drink travel to Britain with more than just a few suitcases. No, they charter jets to ferry their supercars back and forth.

Interestingly enough, folks across the Pond say that a velvet wrap for a car is not all that costly, coming in at $7,500.
