When Cadillac gets it right, it really gets it right. Its recently unveiled Elmiraj concept car is just the most recent example of the American car company hitting it on all cylinders. The Elmiraj is a square-fronted, 500-horsepower of a throwback to Caddies’ fine days of large cars that ruled the road.
Featuring a 4.5-liter V8 engine, the concept that was named after the design inspiration for the Eldorado of 1967, is a full 205 inches long and loaded with such niceties as a leather interior, chrome hood vents, and rear seats that automatically scoot forward to help passengers sit their backsides properly before sliding back after the car’s doors have been closed.
