The freshly updated 2015 BMW X1 will make its debut at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show in January. Featuring a refined interior and a bevy of all-new exterior accents, the German automaker’s smallest crossover should turn heads when it is unveiled in the formerly-robust Motor City.

Just some of crossover’s updates include 17-inch alloy wheels with a new V-spoke design, air intake vents in the front apron, the new option of Sparkling Brown as an exterior color, and running lights. Also, crossover shoppers have the option of going for the xLine, Sport Line, or M Sport trim packages.

BMW will also be unveiling the Pure Fasion Design equipment package for its mighty-fine Z4 sports car at the auto show.
