Despite not being given center stage by its automaker, the updated Acura NSX concept stole the limelight from its Acura siblings at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show.
As soon as the NSX was unveiled at the very rear of Acura’s stage, the gorgeous vehicle drew admiration with its grill sporting a reduced shield design and its doors open to give attendees the opportunity to gaze inward at the car’s inner beauty. The dash is a digital screen, while its middle console holds a “Simple Sports Display” touch screen. Acura’s goal is to de-clutter the interior of the NSX through the use of intuitive software.
However, the hybrid concept is not just a looker, it’s a doer as well. Powered by an integrated V-6 engine and three electric motors, the all-wheel-drive car should prove to be sporty and fun.
